The Reality, Now and Understanding

1. Create a directory NOW.
2. Create a sub directory EXE
3. Read the following file into this subdirectory nowexe.zip (321 K) This file contains all the programs.
4. Create a sub directory TXT
5. Read the following file into this subdirectory nowtxt.zip (122 K). This file contains all the text of the book.
6. Create a sub directory IND
7. Read the following file into this subdirectory nowind.zip (29 K). This file contains link information from the text of the book.
8. Create a sub directory BAS
9. Read the following file into this subdirectory nowbas.zip (144 K). This file contains the source of all the programs of the book in QBASIC.
10. Create a sub directory FIG
11. Read the following files into this subdirectory:
    • nowfig1.zip (388 K)Optional. This file contains the figures of the program MERCURY
    • nowfig2.zip (341 K)Optional. This file contains the figures of the program PLANETS and PLANET3
    • nowfig3.zip (182 K)This file contains the figures of the program 3OBJECTS
    The two optional files are important when you use those programs and want to study the figures.
12. Extract the programs and files from each ZIP file in each subdirectory.
13. In order to read the "Book" start the program BOOK.EXE from the subdirectory EXE
14. Optional. Send the author an e-mail with your comments.
